I can’t say enough # good about my home nurse, Erica. Every visit with her is friendly, pleasant, and something I truly look forward to. She is caring, understanding, and genuinely invested in the well-being of her patients. Erica doesn’t just check in and leave she goes above and beyond at every visit. I had an interview set Monday June 16th just to show up and be turnt around due to they don’t interview on Monday and saying it the indeed app but I have received several emails confirming the interview. I drove all the way for Macon,Ga just to be turnt around so be cautious when you receive an interview date. The lack of communication has to be terrible. This is not a caregiving company you want to be the source of your care. The caregivers don't show up to work and if they do they don't know how to use a bed pan, deal with bed bound patients, and 9 out of 10 of their caregivers can't deal with pets especially cats. The caregivers want to clock in then go sit in their car or take off site breaks for hours at a time but then want to leave early, or as soon as the clock rounds up to the time closest to their end of shift time.
