Used old lumpy basecoat on my nails and rather than redoing them argued with me that it was my (perfectly smooth) nails.

Jackie’s dip manicure was good but previously caused nail bed lifting, needing ~ 6 weeks to heal. Yesterday I shared that when another nail tech buffed super gently it prevented the lifting entirely (politely suggesting she buff gently). To this she responded “I do everyone the same,” and continued.. leaving my nail beds mildly sore. Just, wow. I never leave reviews but felt this was worth sharing.
