I wanted to try this place a few times before I left a review. Yesterday was my 4th time going and I brought a friend. They are consistently top notch. The only place where builder gel works for me and they have a very nice variety of colors. I haven’t stuck with one tech because I wanted to try all and they have all worked out for me. Michelle is my favorite because yesterday she knew I wasn’t 100% satisfied with the color match for my toe nail color and she did not rest until I was happy. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was very disappointing. I originally asked for my nails to be a little longer than I normally get them, but they ended up much longer than I expected. When I politely asked Anna to shorten them, she did, but it was obvious she was annoyed, and she was very rough while filing. After I got home, I noticed several nails were uneven, with certain fingers longer than others, so I had to come back a second time. The second visit was even more frustrating.
