Picked up our used model 3 from carolina ev yesterday. It was a great experience and the staff was super friendly and informitive. Definitely will be doing business with them again.
**AVOID**. I bought a car that was running well during the test drive but on the 3rd day of owning it tons of error codes, the A/C intermittently works, the power train was limited, coolant codes popped up and several battery codes. I was told, there is nothing they can do since I have already bought it. I was the unsuspecting person trying to give a small mom and pop shop some business. They have a history of doing this and they changed their name from Majestic which had these similar complaints.
Great experience. They waited for us to arrive after their published hours to complete the transaction (we did info prep remotely beforehand) - took minutes to sign the paperwork. Delighted with ‘The Unicorn’!!

Thoroughly disappointed in the lack of transparency regarding the vehicle's condition. I spoke to a salesman, confirmed pricing, but the salesman strategically omitted pertinent information regarding the condition of the blue 2017 Tesla Model X. I was prepared to pay cash for the car and asked for a detailed inspection. I drove three hours to arrive at a dirty car with suspension issues and bald tires (I am unsure how they passed inspection, as they did not look safe).
