This company utilizes fake Google reviews that are all five stars to make their reputation look a lot better however, there are multiple complaints of fraud and deception when it comes to financing with this location. 10/10 Experience – Highly Recommend! Kingsley and Andre made the car-buying process incredibly smooth and quick. From start to finish, they were welcoming and treated us like family. After the signing was complete, they even surprised us with a thoughtful celebratory gift that my kids absolutely loved! This was by far the best experience I’ve had with any dealership. I was interested in purchasing a vehicle from Carolina EV. I called to find out what was needed from me and was told I’d get a call back. I never received one, so I followed up the next morning.
