I don’t find their company a shame. The APR is clearly listed when you sign up for a loan. Yea. They have a very high APR, but your renting from an Indian loan website. If you pay it off with in a month or two it really is not that bad to get large amount of short term emergency cash.

Needed a $1000 loan in a pinch. Got that loan very quick but was under the assumption it would get paid off in 4 biweekly payments. This would have cost me $400. What I thought was an already steep price but i needed it. I finally realized it would take me 10 months on their schedule and the total payback would be Over$4000. 700% interest??!??? Is that legal??

I was inquiring about loans and NEVER signed an agreement with Majestic. I ended up receiving money in my account 3 days after my inquiry which covered a negative balance, therefore, I was unable to return it and was forced in to an agreement. I searched everywhere for documents that showed I agreed to this loan. I did find the documents which show I electronically signed this agreement with a 711.93% interest! Absurd!!!!!!!! I was having a hard time financially. I signed up to borrow 800.00 from them. I never saw any loan documents until after they put 800.00 in my checking account without even discussion. Now they want me to pay more than 3000.00 for borrowing 800.00! Is this even legal? How can you get out of it?

I applied for a loan with them for $1000. When it came to the last page showing the repayment schedule and amount, I saw that I wouldn't be able to afford to repay it. So I did not submit my loan. The next day, the funds were in my account. I am now of course obligated to repay it at a rate that I cannot afford. I get that we all struggle, most of us are single, working class families. I am one in that category. I need fast help with long term repayment but don't qualify for a traditional loan. I am now very much in a strugg... read more

I think they are a scam. Can’t view any of my original loan documents or pay dates. When I ask them to send my original loan documents and payment setup I don’t receive it. Don’t ever use these scam artist it’s crazy what they are doing to people. F them.

Be careful and attention. These people should not be in business, and should go to prison. I was pre approved for a $300 loan, with a 6 month term, bi-weekly payments, totaling $1,195.00. That is a 600% Apr! What's worse is I was referred to them through **** ******* which is who low income or uninsured people are referred when they face a medical crisis and have no insurance or money.

Place is great at first because they give you promotions but then you really see who they are after the third loan! They tax you heavily and want their money in a week. I highly suggest not using this company
