DO NOT BUY A HOUSE FROM THIS BUILDER!! This company builds really crappy houses and has HORRIBLE customer service! I bought my house brand new, just built, in August of 2012 and it was long before I noticed several issuses of shotty workmanship. There were tacks sticking out of the carpet, cracks in my grout, some spots even had missing grout, cracks in the walls, windows became crooked and very difficult to lock, etc...
