So pleased with the efficiency of a Majestic Home- their construction quality is excellent and the design process is enjoyable and way less intimidating than it seems like it would be... it's actually fun! Amazing standard features too!
Before you buy from Majestic Homes, come look at our driveway in the Raccoon Run subdivision in Winona Lake. It’s been bad since the day they poured it and they want us to pay for materials to replace it. It is delaminating. We have never put any chemicals on our driveway. The only thing we have done to our driveway is drive on it. Please come talk to us before you buy a home from these people. You will know which house is ours by the condition of the driveway.
We are very angry with Majestic. The driveway they poured started pitting and delaminating less than a year after it was installed and they will not replace it without making us pay. They are blaming it on salt damage but our driveway is the only one doing this in our entire neighborhood. If it happened once, why would we pay for them to redo it poorly again? Before you buy a house from Majestic come see our driveway at 2214 Raccoon Run Winona Lake.
Majestic home warranty is a complete joke! I have a wall that is separating from my ceiling and they refuse to fix it. They say it is out of warranty. The whole reason it is out of warranty is because they didn't fix it the first time they came out during the one year inspection. Their idea of a fix was to caulk it so they could appease me until the one year was up.
