We are very satisfied with the service. The service man arrived five minutes early. He came at the door introduced himself wearing the business uniform with shoe covers and mask. He was very polite. He surveyed the room and he suggested the pet stain and odor removal treatment that we were not aware was available. We are very thankful for that. He was very detailed in his work. The carpet looks like new now. Thank you for providing great service!!!
He was super polite and even explained to my kids what he was doing as he went along with the carpet cleaning process (which made them super happy!). I really enjoyed the service and will definitely use them again.
