I scheduled my appointment online— which first had to be approved for the date and time that are shown as available online… after a few days my first choice got denied. I applied for a different time and a few days later this one got approved. The day of my appointment I get a text saying she needed to cancel due to some electrical issues which I understand are out of her control. Victoria stole my money. She canceled a pre-paid massage minutes before it started, explaining that she moved to Texas. She promised a refund ($133, I had a couple hours left). After about a week, she blocked me on social media. I’ve sent 5 venmo requests with a reminder each. All have been ignored.
Very comfortable and cozy room with nice ambiance, the heated table was so nice on a cold day. Victoria was very kind and professional, she did a fantastic job. Will definitely return. Took a few reschedulings on both of our ends for various reasons (I was a Groupon user), but it was definitely worth it.
I had a horrible experience with this business. She is open very limited hours to begin with and I had a difficult time finding hours to match my schedule. She ended up cancelling our appointment not once but twice. I was finally able to schedule an appointment and she had to cancel, we scheduled a second one and she cancelled again.
