John and his crew did an amazing job at my home - they came in when another company botched the job of refinishing 1300 sq feet of wood flooring in my home. They were fast, extremely neat and completely transformed my house. They also gave me a competitive price and even replaced my balusters for free, making a special trip to my home several days after the hardwoods were done. I sold my house in 1 day and I know the transformation of the floors was the top reason. THANKS so much. I highly recommend.

The Good: Refinished floors look great. The Bad: They got stain all over places it shouldn't be (doors, sink, toilet, stairs) because they were lazy/sloppy and simply didn't tape things off. The Ugly: I tried at least three times to get them back out to discuss making things right with no luck. I was told that was covered under some "scratches" provision in the contract Future customers needs to be aware of getting it clear in writing.
