Very happy with the interior premium details and the thorough external car clean. The service was excellent and friendly, the clean was very thorough with attention to details. My 9 years old car came out looking like new. They also applied leather protection, making the leather look shiny and new. The pricing was very reasonable for the value provided.
I posted a review yesterday about some missing money. I was contacted by Majestic Carwash and they resolved the issue (positively) very quickly. I very much appreciate the efforts taken. Based on this response I feel it only appropriate to change my review. I have been a long time customer and will continue to be one.
Had the horrible experience today, i got the exterior wash + spray on wax. They didn’t wash properly and and the spray on wax is now stuck to the paint, they tried to remove it with rags after the wash and basically left deep scratches all over the paint, specifically near the right door handle paint is scratched to the point where i now have to get a cut and polish. Spray on wax is still there and i tried removing it with a soaked microfibre towel, and they won’t come off. Now have to spend more money and polish my entire c... read more
