I used Majestic Grounds for bulk top soil delivery in DC. They have better price and availability than other companies around the DMV and they really worked with me to deliver the soil where I needed it. The delivery was flawless. They were respectful of my neighbor's yards and managed to maneuver their truck without driving on surrounding properties.
