I recently ordered a sympathy arrangement from Majestic Flowers and Blooms, and I couldn't be more grateful for their kindness, responsiveness, and beautiful work. I placed my order the night before and needed the flowers delivered to a funeral home by 11am the next morning—something I wasn’t sure could even be done on such short notice. Lovely dead flowers, owner takes no responsibility...... looks like I am not the only one from other reveiws.
Received a thoughtful gift from my daughter today for Mothers Day. First of all flowers just left on my doorstep for 2.5 hours in the heat even though on their very own website it states they would attempt to deliver to a neighbor. Then when I attempted to refresh the flowers found the water to be brown and flowers in ill repair dead leaves and all....defined not fresh flowers. Contacted owner she could realy care less. Do not do business her,plan on contacting FTD about this vendor.
I received an arrangement from Majestic Flowers and Blooms from my daughter for Mother's Day. My daughter specifically asked for Stargazer Lilies and the bouquet was made up of lilies but NOT Stargazer Lilies. Plus several flowers were damaged. When I called to discuss the condition of the arrangement, I was told the order originated with Teleflora and the problem was not theirs but the problem was with the delivery person from Teleflora.
