I had my entire basement flooring done by majestic. Combination vinyl and carpet. Darrin was awesome, coordinated everything and got us the floor we wanted even though it was backordered! I would not hesitate to use them again it looks great, their installers were fantastic and very professional.
Where do I even begin. This is the last place I wanted to come but here we are. We decided to go with this company to have our flooring done which in fact was done beautifully. As we were considering a few things we decided to have our kitchen back splash done as well. Now this is where things taken a turn for the worse. Horrible customer service. I don’t know why my original review will not show to the public. If I could’ve given them zero stars I would have. Be prepared to have horrible customer service with this company if anything should go wrong with your install. This doesn’t surprise me that they won’t take blame. Not surprised they blamed us for spilling stuff all over our floor. Like who would spill stuff all over a brand new floor for compensation??? That’s insane! And financial gain for us???
