We bought our flooring from Majestic Flooring and right from the beginning Darrin has been so helpful. Tom did the install by himself, starting on Monday and finished on Wednesday at noon. He is an amazing installer! We are absolute thrilled with the new look of our home. Here are the before and after pictures.
Everything I asked for was disregarded and they did it their way. The communication between the owner and the trades is non existent. They don’t return phone calls and it felt like everything was on their terms. They do decent work (so do most companies they do this everyday) but in my opinion, they do not care one bit about there clients. They also did not respect my home or take accountability for the damages i know they did, deny, accuse and shift blame (In my opinion through my experience with them). We had a very good experience with Wes! He knows his stuff and was very accommodating, we had a smaller projuect but he made time and squeezed us in. We love the carpet and recommend the store. Thanks Wes😊
From the time we walked into Mafestic Flooting until our carpet and flooring was installed the service was impecable! We have nothing but 5/5 for the salesmen and installation which was done with the upmost professionalism and perfection. We were highly impressed by their genuine sincere concern and care down to the smallest of details!!! A huge thankyou to Tom and Lou. They truley went way over and beyond in every way. WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND THEM!!!
I had my entire basement flooring done by majestic. Combination vinyl and carpet. Darrin was awesome, coordinated everything and got us the floor we wanted even though it was backordered! I would not hesitate to use them again it looks great, their installers were fantastic and very professional.
