Terry is amazing! I had to order vinyl sheet to get to the Northwest Territories and Terry not only helped me find a hard-to-get design, but packed everything to ensure safe arrival! I am so grateful. Terry is the best and if I ever need more floors, I will 100% be a repeat customer!
Back history - we had gone to another flooring place that made us wait 4 months for flooring only to find out they had not even ordered it. At another flooring place, we waited over 3 weeks for a quote. Steve at Majestic flooring came a Friday to measure and we had a quote by Friday at 5:00 pm.
