I would just like to share the remarkable job that Bert from Majestic Carpet cleaners did to remove grease from a delivery on all 13 of my stairs. I highly recommend this company he is professional very very well informed as to removal of deep dirt and grease and you will never be disappointed..
The carpet cleaning service was completed, but results felt average. Some stains were still visible afterward. The process was not clearly explained. No aftercare advice was provided. The experience felt basic.
Despite applying deodorizer, a musty or chemical smell returned within a few hours, proving the source of odor in the carpet padding or subfloor wasn’t addressed and that ventilation was inadequate during the process.
I can't say enough about the exceptional service we received from Majestic Carpet Cleaning! From start to finish, Burt was punctual, professional, and went above and beyond. He took the time to educate us on the best products and techniques for maintaining our carpets, and his attention to detail was impressive to say the least. My children spilled paint and tried to clean it off. 2 days later my toddler smeared poop all over the carpet... Burt was the 3rd company I called and he was super transparent. He told me I could find others that would do the job for half the price he charges. And then he went on telling me what to buy to get it all cleaned up!!! No charge whatsoever!!!
