Me and my mum and my dad joined the gym a long time ago and my mum really enjoyed the classes such as yoga class, Pilates class and jumba dance class they also offer a kids gym this is one of the best family gyms you can find
I came here for a couple of days on day passes as I was local for a few days. Wonderful boutique style gym with great equipment and everything you need for a full workout. Welcoming, helpful and friendly staff willing to help and chat. Good vibes all round and good facilities/protein and coffee bar. Recommend. If I lived locally this would be the one.
