Salesman Ben was knowledgeable of the products in the showroom, patient with my many questions, available by text too. He made a home visit to ensure I was measuring correctly and scheduled at my convenience. The installation team - Brian and Paul showed up on time actually a little early which was fine. Went with a total remodel. Guys we’re so great and helpful. Super transparent and walked us step by step though the process. Converted our old broken wood burning into gas.

I highly recommend this company for your fireplace. Jon came to my house and did a cleaning. He was fantastic and went above & beyond what he needed to do. I will not hesitate to call them again if I need their services. Nice to have someone you can rest assured will do whatever they need to do and not try to con you into doing more than needs to be done.
Majestic did a wonderful job with our vented FP! The quality of the product and installation were beyond perfection. The FP fits well with the style of architecture in this home! Also love the birch logs and chevron brick backdrop. Will we do it again? Yes! We're a repeat customer!
