This post is a long time coming. We had our custom house built 5 years ago in Kokomo Indiana. Yes there has been a few bumps in the road.But this company stands behind what they build .When ever I have had a issue(very few little things you can expect with a new house).They were addressed immediately. And still to this day if any problems or concerns come up,they are quick to address. I know there are alot of builders out there. But as far as im concerned there is only one that I would recommend. They took the time to hear our wants/needs and to fully explain every detail of items that were in the house. I'd highly recommend them for anyone wanting to build a new house!
Building a new house can be so overwhelming, but we had an amazing experience working with the team at Majestic Custom Homes of Lafayette, Inc. They were readily available to answer all our questions from lot prep, to floor plans, to design, to tile choices, to home maintenance. I know they're a busy company and build a number of homes in and around our community, but they made us feel like we were always a top priority. One year follow up from our initial build, and we are still beyond happy with our home. We built what was initially a spec home, that we were able to modify the floor plan to fit our needs and and make custom on our own 6.5 acres in between Westpoint and Attica. At the one year review, there were a couple small things to be addressed. (New homes settle, etc)... these guys stepped up and did yet another amazing job.
