Absolutely hands down the best choice I made was contacting Majestic! In a recent trip to Vegas, a backpack somehow didn't get loaded into our vehicle. The hotel was not being helpful in getting the bag back to us. Yes, I understand it was our fault, and I offered to pay to get it back to us ASAP, but they would only handle it one way, and that would take at least a week to get it to us. From pickup to delivery was completed within three hours, same day, with perfect communication the entire time. I originally contacted Majestic to assemble and deliver a 40th anniversary gift basket with a Wizard of Oz at the Sphere theme to some friends at their hotel. But Myesha took my idea and made it even more spectacular! She achieved exactly what I wanted, but took it to the next level, working with me and rolling with any changes I made as the idea became a reality. Majestic is the best! I called and spoke with Myesha, the owner. She was able to help me right away. I needed something transported to California, and they got it to me in 2 days. They drove it to Los Angeles and then, hopped on a plane to make sure it arrived safely, and quickly. The communication was on point and they sent me photos throughout the journey. The cost was very competitive and very much worth it for peace of mind. Thank you again Majestic, I will definitely use you again!
