Absolutely hands down the best choice I made was contacting Majestic! In a recent trip to Vegas, a backpack somehow didn't get loaded into our vehicle. The hotel was not being helpful in getting the bag back to us. Yes, I understand it was our fault, and I offered to pay to get it back to us ASAP, but they would only handle it one way, and that would take at least a week to get it to us. I originally contacted Majestic to assemble and deliver a 40th anniversary gift basket with a Wizard of Oz at the Sphere theme to some friends at their hotel. But Myesha took my idea and made it even more spectacular! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding service from Majestic Courier Services in Las Vegas. They handled a crucial, time-sensitive pallet delivery for my business and absolutely nailed it. From pickup to delivery was completed within three hours, same day, with perfect communication the entire time. Their customer service was fantastic and they clearly understood how important this delivery was to my client’s operations. I admit I was skeptical about this courier company, despite their great Google reviews. It’s hard to trust what you see online, especially when you’re not a local. It turns out my unease was NOT warranted. Based on my request, Shane from Majestic picked up my luggage from MGM Grand at 10 a.m. sharp, meeting me in the lobby no less, held onto it for a few hours, and gave it back to me at the airport before I checked into my flight at 1:40 p.m. All of it worked out perfectly. Majestic Courier was amazing! Had last minute holiday packages to be delivered and picked up and they saved me. The communication the entire time was so reassuring and done in a timely manner. I can't thank them enough and will definitely be using them again for my courier needs. :)
