scheduled them for 10-12, moved heavy furniture to clear easy access to vents they never showed up, called them twice and they didnt pick up and had no voicemail they called me back and said oh sorry we will check with the service guys and call you back in 20 min called them back an hour later, oh yea we cant do it today would you like to reschedule… unbelievable 0/5 stars, would not recommend
