Extremely disappointed in the quality of cleaning. I booked a vacate clean, they were super fast and easy to deal with which was great. However, they did an awful job at cleaning the apartment. No vacuuming, didn’t clean the showers, didn’t wipe over benches or cupboards, or our alfresco area (which we paid extra for). After sending photos and letting them know we were disappointed, they rescheduled to go back and fix it, which again was great. Absolutely exceptional service from start to finish. Excellent communication with very prompt email response. Punctual on the day, very friendly and professional. Apartment perfect the clean - faultless. I was told they would come back if there was any issue/anything missed but that won’t be necessary as they have done a stellar job. Very reasonably priced and cheaper than competitors. 100% satisfied!
The cleaning was outstanding, they did an amazing job, very professional. I cannot believe they made the grimmest kitchen and bathrooms look as good as new.
