Absolutely the worst cleaning experience I’ve ever had. Majestic Cleaning delivered shockingly poor service despite charging premium prices. I paid specifically for a *deep clean* — toilets, grout, windows, and carpets — yet all they did was a basic surface wipe. The grout was untouched, the toilets were not properly cleaned, the tiles still had dirt, my daughter’s handprint was still on the door, the gas cooktop had marks left on it, and the carpets looked no different at all. Great experience with this team. Pricing was on point. They did a great job even though the property was not fully removed of all material goods. There were a few areas which was not upto par, which were rectified promptly for free as I raised it within their warranty period.
This Service brings Professionalism, but at a LOWER price. The 2 young men worked hard all day. They communicated, were eager to please and very efficient. I am happy with their work and price. I recommend this company, if you want hard jobs done properly, contact Majestic Cleaning.
First clean was awful and things not completed properly. Given the chance to reclean the property but was still not up to standard and property manager had to get another cleaner out. Refused to refund money even though it states that 100% bond return is guaranteed. Have had to go to consumer affairs to get a refund.
