had to get them back 3 times, can not follow instructions although gave them a list and photos for cleaning, kept making key collection times but not returning
I hired this company, Majestic Cleaner Pros, on the 30th of December to do an end-of-lease cleaning, and they were completely unprofessional. First of all, they couldn't find my apartment, and I had to send them the address again while my partner was waiting for them at 8:00 AM as agreed (by this time, they were already late). Absolutely the worst cleaning experience I’ve ever had. Majestic Cleaning delivered shockingly poor service despite charging premium prices. I paid specifically for a *deep clean* — toilets, grout, windows, and carpets — yet all they did was a basic surface wipe. The grout was untouched, the toilets were not properly cleaned, the tiles still had dirt, my daughter’s handprint was still on the door, the gas cooktop had marks left on it, and the carpets looked no different at all.
