I am not impressed with the service I received. I was given an arrival window between 10:00 AM and 11:00 AM, yet I did not receive any update until five minutes before 11:00 AM, when I was informed they would be an additional 15 minutes late. They ultimately arrived at 11:35 AM, which is well outside the agreed timeframe. Additionally, I found it highly unprofessional that the towels used to dry the floors had a moldy, damp smell. This company did a fabulous job with my couches. In fact they missed a spot and when I told Harsh about it, he came back next day and cleaned the particular couch again. Extremely professional and their work was outstanding!!! Highly recommending their services.
