My mom has bed bugs right now in room 213 and they won’t do anything about it she’s been asking them for help she’s covered head to toe in holes literal bed bug bites and they won’t do anything to help her: I’m stuck at the YWCA in Hamilton and she can’t come live with me or I’d take her home with me it’s an insult to have my mom covered in bug bites like this. The new re-grand opening of the vent unit is spectacular. New training and skill requirements are above and beyond expectations. Excellent care is the goal for all loved ones.

This place isnt fit to take your dog let alone a human being. My father just died there a week ago. His care was one of the worst places I have ever been in. Under staffed. They left my fathers call button hanging on the wal to where he couldnt get to it. Every time I would hook it back to his bed the next time I came it would be hanging on the wall or thron on the floor.
