My mother needed a place to die. Majestic Care Clyde quoted our family $288.40 per day, 30 days to be paid in advance, (which we did), any unused days would be refunded. My mother was at the facility less than 3 days, and then passed. The day after she passed, I spoke with the business manager about our refund. She said she did not know when that would be. It's been over 6 weeks now, and the interim director I have been speaking with still has no answer as to when we can expect our refund!

As someone who was not super familiar with the Goshen area, I was blown away by the kindness and support I received from the moment I stepped into this building. The clinical staff here go above and beyond to advocate for each resident on an individual level. If you are looking for an aesthetically pleasing skilled nursing facility in the Elkhart area, please give this building a look.

Majestic care currently has multiple wrongful death lawsuits, one of them including my grandmother that passed away 2 weeks after falling and hitting her head on the floor in Skilled care at the fairfield location, with her call light being unanswered for 2 HOURS. The nurse did not evaluate her and we had to be the ones to call 911. She had a hematoma on here head the size of a softball at the ER after my mom having to call for help. I visited this establishment a while back and was treated with complete disrespect. Don’t even get me started on the managers—only one person was actually willing to help me, and thank goodness for them.
