I was completely nervous about being that high in the air in a basket but I have to admit, it was just as comfortable as standing in your own home. You must do this once in your life and experience the floating you’ve only dreamed about!! Thank you Gregg & Sue for a great flight!
At first, they are good to you and respond and helpful. Then you make your full payment and you are not treated the same anymore. This guy basically stole from me. I made my full payment for four passengers. Tried to make three attempts at flights, each time these were cancelled due to weather. Now i am told they are no longer valid. This is crap..... I would strongly urge everyone to look elsewhere for a balloon ride. Very poor communicator, phone calls emails never returned.
If your looking for Wisconsin's Majestic Balloons.. look somewhere else, the owner will rip you off, he has a horrible safety record, and you can never reach him by phone.
OMG had a Issue I was running so late for some ideas .. WOW stopped in .. they had everyhting imagineable to help.. this was a hard choice to make.. Being far way from the store would I be able to be guaranteed on the product .. Yes everything was.. she was even able to deliver the ballons by that day .. hours are super .. evening also.. super clerk ..took the worry out of the last minute shopping
