Be straight with them, they will be with you. Don't give an attitude and you won't get one. Example. Took my truck in for an oil change and new "top of the line battery". Oil change was done. Received a call saying I had a TOTL battery and tested fine. Saving my $$$. Have since had multiple services done on my truck. Along with referring several people to them. I have 0 complaints and neither have those people.
Brought my Jeep commander to majestic,and dealt with Jason super nice guy easy to deal with and I would highly recommend bringing your vehicle to them. Abe DeWood
Horrible customer service. Inquired about service for my vehicle and was told I was impatient for asking a simple question and told “I’m busy as f*ck.” I would NEVER recommend this place.
