Loved the scenery and spacious condo. Bluegreen is merging with Hilton and the promotion of hotels and resorts is tempting. But, non fixed maintenance fees over time, along with buying a spot for 15 years, were downfalls for us. Especially non fixed maintenance fees. Other issue with this condo though lovely are that they practically wanted us to clean their place for them. Usually, they asked to drop towels and sheets in area , dishes in washer and that was it. The condo we booked was a two bedroom condo. It had a nice lake view, was clean, and in a quiet area. Though the units were advertised as lakeside and I paid a little bit more for that it really wasn't lakeside property because there were two roads and another condo row in front of the lake. It did have a nice views though over that. The condo needed some repairs as it was not aging well in some parts. The bathroom lamp flickered for a bit every time you turn it on like a strobe light.
