This company is horrible! Be forewarned! I called for my annual maintenance check. Frank told me i needed my a\c flushed or the ceiling in my bathroom will come down with the drain pan being filled with water. i just went through a burst pipe from the winter freeze which he knew. $89. He showed me a photo of my drain pan filled with water. He taped up my bathroom sink and broke it so the stopper cannot be used now and it's just a hole.
