I have given this medical centre the lowest star because Dr Yamuna a Gp at this clinic treated me like rubbish with debilitating chronic pain her behaviour was undeniably unjust she openly spoke about her dislike for me for other patients she spoke about my private details outside of clinic hours which they did nothing about and dropped me because her excuse was break down of therapeutic relationship really she just didnt want to script me pain medication anymore. My good experiences 11 years mejellan medical Centre very good doctor there.I am not experiencing that customer service that employees 4 years.that telephone compensation that employees so pore.one employees opposite than another employees and next employees.all this employees meke me so confuse what one to listening and follow it.that reason 2 star that pore customer service
My family have been seeing the doctors here for over 20 years and have always found them to be thorough, caring, compassionate and professional. They offer a wide range of services and always have time for you....though you may wait a while at times. But they'll give you a buzzer so you can wait at the beach or nearby cafes. It's also an environmentally friendly practice which helps keep us all healthy
Dr Yamuna was wonderful and made my son’s 12 month vaccinations tear-free. When we arrived, reception staff were welcoming. Unlike other practices there was almost no wait time. Dr Yamuna and the nurse were both so great at distracting my son while they quickly gave the injections. We had such a positive experience and have continued seeing Dr Yamuna.
