First visit my husband was treated great. The next visit I wasn’t allowed back nor to hear the results as well as ask any questions even though doctor said at first visit I would be told results at the same time husband was. Very disappointed. Hope for a better experience next time
I was given a referral to Dr. Williams by my primary care Nurse Practitioner and I tried over and over again to reach her office, was put on hold quite a while, and then told by machine that they could not answer the call but would call me back and to leave a message -- which I did on four occasions, each time, repeat ..... on hold a long time; then told to leave a number and that I would get a call-back; then left name and number; then no one called me back. Dr. Zana Nikolla is a high quality doctor that took great care of me during my visit and procedure. She took her time to explain everything to me and truly made me feel comfortable. I traveled all the way from Connecticut to her because I really trust her. Thank you Dr.Nikolla. Highly recommend!
I’ve been having trouble with my stomach for years, diverticuli & GERD. After my local gastro left & moved out of state I found Dr Z. He is truly only one of two I can say are the best . He is really down to earth, caring and not a snob of his intelligence. Colonoscopies are not pleasant but he & his staff are kind & assuring -frankly I’m relieved of my fear for the next one. He and the staff are the best,no judgement, just good advice & care for longevity.
I've been seeing Dr. Afzal since 2016 and she is one of the best doctors I've gone to. She genuinely listens to questions that I have about my health and provides thorough, thoughtful answers. She provides nonjudgemental care that feels tailored to my health goals. I also happen to be trans and feel that she has been gender-affirming in her treatment of me as a patient.
I made an appointment to see this man. I dropped off all my previous films and reports a week prior. He never took the time to read ANYTHING or LISTEN to me and my concerns. He was sarcastic and used "air quotation" to say I can't help you because you don't want medication. The medication he offered me, I had on the list of my allergies. He kept asking me if I had covid or Lyme. I said no but, if he took a minute to read my file he would know this. Dr. Afzal is an amazing & extremely kind person who truly cares for her patients. She is thorough in her examinations & explains every thing in a way that puts one at ease. The nurse, assistance & receptions are also great! I am truly blessed to have found such a great, caring & amazing physician. I highly recommend her to anyone!
