Highly disappointing lack of communication from the front desk. I am astounded at how poorly the operation is run in Dr. Moonis’s office. I understand that finally good help is hard these days that is absolutely no excuse for the lack of communication, accountability, and respect that the front desk has for the patient’s time.
My meds was never clarified with the pharmacy after waiting a year for my appointment so I have to wait 4 days cause there closed
I had my MRI for my Brain done on April 1st 2022. My Doctors office sent a referral over April 6th I called them the receptionist said they couldn't find it so please call My doctor's and send a new one. Fine, so I did I understand things get busy you lose things understandable. Call my Doctor, new referral. Call them back only open on Tuesday and Thursday fine leave message. Waiting, waiting.
