Dr. Majad Ali is an exceptional doctor. From our very first visit, both he and his assistant, Laura, have treated my family and me with great respect, patience, and professionalism. They always take the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and provide excellent care. My family and I are all patients, and we truly appreciate the trust and confidence we feel every time we visit the office. Laura is very kind and attentive, which makes the experience even better. I highly recommend them.
Dr. Ali and medical assistant Laura are amazing people. They provided excellent care. Dr. Ali was thorough, patient, and explained everything clearly, making me feel comfortable and confident in the treatment plan. Laura was welcoming, attentive, and made the visit run smoothly.
I met Dr. Ali and he was really good in person to spend time and listen in all the issues and suggest treatments and next options. But after my test results came out, I never heard from the doctor. Even after about 10 follow up emails and calls - no one from doctor office called me to discuss the results. And then I just got the message explaining my results, without any reference of next treatment required or if there are any changes. This was my first time at Rush and not a very good experience with care.
I arrived late to my appointment by 12 minutes. The receptionist tells me that he only allows 10 minutes, Grace period and he wouldn’t see me. The next appointment for a physical was more than three months away. I looked at the website and I don’t see anything about a 10 minute grace period That seems super tight I get it, I should’ve been on time, but I think that was an unreasonable and unpublished bar I’ve seen him one other time and he was helpful then. He seems like a good doctor. He’s just not my doctor anymore
Dr. Ali is amazing! I had a variety of doctors and since changing to him he has been our health provider for years.He's a very good listener, and he cares very well for his patients. He communicates in spanish as well which is very helpful to a lot of my family.
