Best Store in Baltimore Maja is hands down my favorite store in Baltimore. The owner has an artist's eye...she selects beautiful gifts, jewelry and art pieces from every corner of the world. The store is overflowing with possible perfect gifts, but don't be surprised if you find something for yourself you can't resist along the way. I wouldn't change a thing, including the warm and friendly atmosphere. PROS: Exquisite and affordale. CONS: none
Wonderful unique jewelry Maja Jewelry is convenient to downtown but far enough to allow for easily available parking. It occupies a beautiful space and the merchandise is displayed in an eye-catching and easy to view fashion. The merchandise itself is unique - African and Asian inspired jewelry, home decor, and sundries. It is a really fun shopping experience, and worth the slightly high prices.
I send everyone the Maja The owner and staff always go out of their way to get you what you want. They are the ones to see when you are purchasing gifts. I love them. Their selection is incredible. You have to go there.
Superb A lot of my friends like myself are into untraditional jewelry. Alrhough there are many designers who like being "different" with thie styles, they seem to additionally diminish the quality of their jewelry . This store though makes it easy for me to satisfy the tastes of myself and my friends. I get jewelry that is different from the ordinary, good quality items, and I get to give my friends a piece of jewelry that no one else will have.
