Brian was very respectful, the atmosphere was nice. Although they sell used cars, a little more tlc could be appl8ed to the vehicles (hence the 4 star rating.) I told him I would give an honest rating. The process was fast and easy and I didn't have to worry about feeling like I was being bullied to purchase a car. (Anyine else that has bought a car elsewhere would understand!) Brian, the salesman was very friendly and knew all the facts and made the sale go very smoothly. He worked closely with his manager and the bank to get all the details taken care of.
