I was very happy with the service I got from Maize. They went the extra mile to make sure I was taken care of. A technician was at our house late trying his best to fix our A/C, even going to the office and coming back with a part. When it wasn't an easy fix, I got a straightforward estimate for the cost of repair versus replacing the system, and I got good guidance on making a selection. The service man, Mr O’Neal Smith, was prompt and very professional. Mr O’Neal, answered every concern I had. He made sure I had understanding of everything that needed fixed and its function. I am well pleased with the service I received from Maize and the great communication they gave me was Amazing!! I will recommend them to you, they really came to my rescue!
Maize Heating and Air are a great company. When you call, they will put you on schedule very qiuckly. They arrive on time and are knowledgeable about all system's. I am very pleased with all the work they have provided to us.
They came out to my property and didn't even look at my capacitor told me the compressor was bad. I asked the technician to show me the capacitor and he instantly told me there's no point to even look at it because he knows my compressor was bad. I had another company come look at it because I wasn't convinced it was the compressor because it would work most of the day. The other company changed the capacitor and it works like a dream.
