I just received a beautifully prepared box with duvet, pillow cases, postcards and booklet. The presentation was so special and unexpected! Like Christmas in June. The quality of the duvet and pillowcases is top drawer. Thank you Maiwa for answering my questions before purchase and then for the speedy packaging and delivery.

I like some of the products in this store and bought some items for my projects. However, I always had a bad experience with the older lady associates in their branch located inside the loft. It never failed that whenever I'd go there, no one even greeted me but I'd always see white customers being approached with enthusiasm. I was about to buy a shirt at Maiwa and walked out without purchasing. Woman actually told me they are not an XL store and as a private company they can do what they want. I’ll never spend another penny there. Very disappointing since I want to invest in slow clothing and support local business’ and global artisans. In response to the owners comment written here. You are only repeating what your employee said with diplomacy.
