Ken Monaco of Maitz did a fabulous job with a bathroom tub spout repair and diagnosis of a kitchen sink issue. He thoroughly explained the cause of the issues, provided several options for repair and then completed the repairs in a very timely fashion, explaining everything as he went. I highly recommend Ken and Maitz for any plumbing issue you may have.

$175 to show up and tell me what I already knew. $2000+ option, $1000+ option and $800 to snake my drain. I could also just pay $175 to go away! $800 to do a 15 minute job with zero warranty. I had the same job done a year and a half ago for $89. I rented an auger and in 15 min my drain was clear. Lesson learned, it seems to be what all these home service companies are doing. They can probably make a small profit for driving to your house.

From start to finish our interaction with Maitz was easy. Our water pipes were frozen because...winter :). The woman who scheduled our appointment was pleasant and efficient - sorry I cannot remember her name. She wasn't able to get us on for the same day but offered to add us to a wait list in case someone canceled. Brandon Acosta provided good service with a positive attitude. He was timely, efficient and got our water running in no time. I would definitely call them again.
