This is the least professional medical practice I have ever interacted with. They have failed to return phone calls, failed to properly order tests and have let us down in every way possible. I wouldn't reccomend this practice to anyone trying to conceive or looking for actual medical help.

I have been a patient at Maitri for over 20 years. I don't know about their billing issues. But I can tell you that they are the only doctor's office I have ever been to in Vermont who seems to care and stand up for the individual and their unique needs. If I personally had one wish for their office It would be hiring a primary care physician. For me the care I receive well overrides any issues they may have in billing or other non-medical departments.

Beware if you have an appointment here of getting a bill FIVE YEARS LATER! I just went full Karen on some poor lady in billing - but I got NO emails or phone calls in FIVE YEARS about a bill until today?! I haven’t lived in Vermont in 5 years and they said they sent statements out, oh ok but wait 5 years to try emailing or I don’t know CALLING?! It’s 2023 PEOPLE we have technology and in 2018 2019 2020 2021 2022 allllll of those years we had email and phone. Ridiculous.
