I have been going to Maitri for many years, and have seen multiple providers. I have had only positive experiences. As someone who sometimes has anxiety during appointments, I have been treated with such gentleness, skill, and kindness. This week, I was blown away when I was able to be seen despite some challenging circumstances for me to arrive promptly. This appointment was very important, and they made sure I was seen. Grateful to have this practice in our community.
Terrible communication all around. Unable to ever reach them via telephone and their billing department is absolute trash - sending incorrect insurance information to labs and other providers resulting in bills being incorrectly sent to us instead.
I would not return here for another appointment based on my experiences as a new client.
The front desk employees are incredibly rude and unprofessional. The Medical staff lack empathy and professionalism. They are shameless and I can’t recommend staying as far away from this place as possible if you want actual care with compassion.
My birth with Maitri was the most incredible experience! I was a fairly high risk pregnancy and I was treated with complete respect and dignity. My birth was more beautiful than I could've dreamed. Kristen was absolutely delightful! Thank you so much to everyone at Maitri. I cannot recommend more highly!
