Went in with a blocked, painful ear that had been driving me mad, and walked out genuinely impressed. Dr Nimashi Jayasekara was excellent — actually listened, explained everything clearly, and got straight to the issue. Within no time I had a proper plan and real relief starting to kick in, which was exactly what I needed.
