I went in for a new patient visit. I was told I had met my deductible so she quoted me $28 for the visit. The next time I went in for testing I was quoted a completely different number than what the previous employee quoted me. They told me I was being charged $500 because they had made a mistake the first time and gave me false information. For a Psychology clinic the front desk lady was rude and unprofessional. I don’t recommend.

I am actually really happy with everyone in the office. The testing is really in depth which I love. They listen to everything you have to say. I am waiting for my results as I type this but I can't wait to get them. Last place I tested at was very short and they didn't listen to me at all so I totally recommend this office.

I have been 3 times and the staff is always courteous. The documentation I needed was thorough and provided within the promised time period. It is difficult to make appointments with them, they book everything so far out. Overall I’ve had a positive experience with their office.
