Unfortunately I had a 0730 appt and arrived at 0734. I was not able to see the Dr until 0855. I missed a Business Appointment. Dr Datanni is the best Dr. That I have had and is usually very efficient.

Extremely disappointing experience. The care felt rushed, impersonal, and focused on volume over patients. During my visit, I observed unprofessional communication in the office environment, including dismissive and inappropriate interactions that made patients feel uncomfortable. Long waits even after being told you’re next, unprofessional staff communication, and a lack of basic respect for patients’ time and comfort. I would not recommend this office.

STAY AWAY FROM MAITLAND PRIMARY CARE. Update: day three. The staff from the office continues to message me through the online portal even though I have been “formally discharged.” They continue to message to try and argue their point and how “wrong” I am. I am appalled that I had my health in the hands of people who act like jilted teenagers.
