Could not recommend Maitland Mazda Service Centre enough! 6 Stars if I could. I've had a few services with them now, and the reception team are always so friendly, cheerful and helpful. I didn't have any transport options while my vehicle was being serviced recently, so they said I could wait in the waiting area if I'd like. Which had water, coffee/tea, aircon operating, a pet area and small snacks if you'd like. The most incompetent people I think I’ve ever dealt with, promised the car would be ready 3-4 different times over the span of 3-4 weeks, constantly lied to about the state of repairs, the arrival of parts and a bunch of other things. Absolutely no transparency or communication from their end and we had to consistently chase up information. Car was there for a total of 7-8 weeks for what should’ve been a 1-2 week job. Fast, friendly, efficient
Have a 2019 Mazda 3 Evolve, purchased new from Maitland Mazda. Following a recent battery replacement, after 6 years use, the road side assistance chap could not get the car's "I Stop" functionality to work. Several days later I contacted Maitland Mazda Service about issue to see if there was something I could do to correct. They booked me in and fixed it in about 30 mins whilst I waited.
