Am a born again Maitland Mazda follower. From arriving to reception admin staff were great. Happy to discuss options regarding our cx5, and what we needed for our specific car. Great communication from there to the technicians who also communicated with us as they proceeded with the job,, It’s always about PEOPLE in the organisation. Bought two new Mazdas off a dealer close to Newcastle (Maryville) rang their service department six times throughout the day and left two messages and no reply or call back. Couldn’t even answer the calls. I rang Maitland Mazda and a lovely young lady named tiarne answered first time, she even apologised for my bad experience with the other dealer. Husbands vehicle was serviced on time it was a big service and vehicle was clean when pick up service adviser was great.
Early this month our Mazda CX5 suffered a significant electrical issue. Thankfully Maitland Mazda helped us out by using their diagnostic equipment at short notice the following day. It turned out to be a significant alternator issue. We found the staff to be very thorough & obliging. From the staff in the service office to the technicians & sales people.
