This store has the nicest staff. We purchased engagement and wedding rings and they couldn't have been more accommodating. Go see them for amazing service. We will be returning for our next jewelry purchase. Thank you!
the jewelry is fine, but I was planning to go in after I my partner picked up our coffee in the cafe next door and after only 3 minutes of waiting and the owner scowling at me through the window they called the cafe saying to move my car, despite me still being in the car and them not knowing where I was intending to go, and the parking spot next to me still being open. I brought a hollow gold rope bracelet into this jewelry store about a week ago after it broke during work. The woman who initially took in the bracelet was very kind and accommodating, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience went downhill from there. I walked in with a handful of sentimental estate jewelry, left to my wife by her mother, and asked for help to make something special with the jewelry. Maitland Jewelers is incredible!! We stopped by for some wedding bands a few months ago. They had an amazing selection! We found what we were looking for and more! Just got married last Friday so finally get the wear them. I will be back to get my engagement ring polished and cleaned. :)
