Brett sorted my issue over the phone!! My hot water heater stopped working, he recommend I called Ausgrid first in case it was on their end to which it’s was! Brett was super honest and very informative! He personally reached out after if the issue was sorted which I highly appreciated! Will be adding him to my contact list for any future jobs, highly recommend!!
