I find it amazing how a doctor for an insurance company can deny someone surgery because he didn't feel it was medically necessary by only looking at xrays. He is the medical director for united health care insurance company and he denied my hip replacement based on my xrays. Never seen me doesn't know my circumstances, lives in a different state but doesn't feel I need it.
