My recommendation is to not use this collision shop unless you have no need for your car for a very long time. I recently had a rear end collision on January 21, 2014, and took my car to Maitland collision the following day. On that day, I requested from my estimator that he call me periodically with an update on the progress. That never happened, so I started calling every Friday. I took my car to this place 1 week before the new owner took over. I didn't like the service at first, but the new people really pulled it together. They did a awesome job on my car. I couldn't be happier!! The people in the office were great! I will go back and tell my friends.
