Ring the Florist directly. DO NOT go through the Petals Network online ordering. Petals Network is a large company which does not care about you or your order in my experience. They will change your order from the florist that you want to another florist without having the respect to contact you. I found this a total lack of regard for the customer.
Always order flowers from here.. always get what we order .. staff are all so helpful and lovely.. fast efficient service..Number one florist for us !!!!🥰🥰
I have used Maitland City Florist twice now and they have been amazing! Prompt delivery, the flowers are just beautiful and they last a really long time. They are also wrapped beautifully!!! Wouldn’t use anyone else

Pip was a lovely lady to deal with, and very helpful. I had beautiful flowers delivered and they lasted 2 weeks before I had to get rid of them. I will definitely use this florist in the future, beautiful, fresh flowers.
