If I could put no stars I would. The sales rep Mick Dori he misrepresented himself making my father believe that he was with safelight auto glass. My father requested the OEM Merecedes windshield with rain sensors, tint, and even followed up texting him the day of installation to confirm his request. Mick never responded. Terrible experience and service. The sales rep and warranty manager are liars. They stated my insurance company denied using an OEM windshield and they blatantly lied as they never requested it. They would not re request to get OEM installed as they make their money on using cheap supplies. Do NOT use them if you want to use an ethical company. I have had several windshields replaced and this was the worst experience ever!

Do not use this company, this is why. The installer damaged my truck by scratching my paint and cracking my dashboard and promised to pay me $400. His supervisor called me offering me $250 & not wanting to come out and look at damages then the next day took the offer off the table . You do not want these people near your vehicle. They have shops in Florida and Arizona. Worst service I’ve ever had in my life. If I was able to give 0 stars I would.
