I had my car repainted through Maitland Auto Body, and three months after I received the car back the paint was already chipping off on both side fenders and the hood. In my hours of research, I found that the problem the paint was having was due to shoddy work; It was either a curing problem or an issue with the clear coat. I took the car in to inquire about getting the car painted again and painted properly, but they refused to take any responsibility and did nothing about the problem. meh. – Took em five days to fix my girl's car; their work is good, their customer service sucked. I don't complain often, but being hung up on by their associates for inquiring as to the nature of a delay is just unprofessional. Like i said, work is good (and really that's all that matters) but their customer service was unprofessional, and, when inquired about it, was told "it was none of my business". Thus, the stars. Plenty of body shops in town. They will never get my business again. it's orlando; learn to be hospitable!

THANK GOD FOR THEM – ON MY WAY HOME TO WEST PALM FROM ORLANDO I LOST CONTROL OF MY CAR AND THOUGHT IT WAS TOTALED. WITH THE AGGRAVATION OF GOING TO WPB AND MY WRECKED CAR BEING IN SOME WRECK YARD IN ORLANDO MAITLAND AUTOS STAFF DID EVERYTHING THEY COULD FROM GETTING MY CAR FROM WRECKER TO THEIR SHOP AND REPAIRING THE WHOLE UNDERNEATH MY VW SO I COULD DRIVE IT HOME. professional, courteous and the best at what they do! – Carlos and his staff are so professional and do have their client's best interest at heart. I have been there 2 times and my 2 jaguars looked brand new. Even the Jaguar dealership could not tell the car had been repaired. They are the best! Reasonable too.

Great Service – I had my car repaired at Maitland Auto Body and the service was great, reasonable and I got a good repair job. The repairmen were friendly and the price was reasonable.
